The role of the Asset Manager is to manage, control, monitor and direct company assets to maximize the availability, utilization and profitability of these resources. Managing the equipment order process and the effectiveness of the rental stock are the ultimate responsibilities of the Asset Manager.
The Asset Manager works to increase revenue and asset values by developing and maintaining the integrity of the stock control system to ensure the accurate forecast of resource availability, and therefore assure the delivery of quality products and services for eclipse.
Required Education and/or Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent
Excellent spoken and written English
Understanding of an asset management system
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel
Minimum 5 years’ experience in event or entertainment technology, warehouse operations, project management, asset management, or substantially similar work
Knowledge of the technical principles of operation and maintenance of equipment
Analytical skills and ability to compile program and statistical data
Interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail, Commercial and financial understanding
Negotiation skills, Organizational skills
